Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

THE INFORMATION AND WORKOUTS PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE ARE FOR GENERAL INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND ARE NOT MEDICAL ADVICE. THE SERVICE IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT.

References to Hero WODs, benchmark "Girls" workouts, and other CrossFit-named workouts are used descriptively and nominatively for identification purposes only.
